Modder charging money mod access via google drive Thread

Hi, first post on here so forgive me if this has been raised or asked before.

I have been seeing a modder attempt to charge users for access to his mod via a google drive link. Is this against the site policy or is this allowed? It seems like something that should be banned on this site.

If this is something not allowed, then admins, please see details of the mod below:

Medieval 2 Total War mod called "Fall of Ming 3.4" by user ashikagayoshiharu.

They ask users to provide 50 dollars for access to a google drive link and the password required to access it. They are literally charging full price for a mod for a 15+ year old game. I have seen this user do this over the last year or so, popping up every few months with a new mod page. Most comments ridicule the modder (rightly so) but I dread to think that someone would fall for this and actually provide them money for the mod. Additionally, it's just something that isn't nice to see considering the modder seems to have some hatred for chinese people for whatever reason and is openly racist towards them.

I hope site admins can see this and resolve this situation as best as they can.

I have come across a paid mod before as well: Moddb.com I was advice to report it via the "Contact" function at the bottom of the page.
