Hey guys,

My name is Kjell Bunjes and I'm the teamleader of Mindworld, a FPS Action Adventure game set in a surreal dreamworld. Throughout March we have been looking for main positions to be filled. We are happy to announce that most positions have been filled with great talent. However, some positions still stayed unfilled and some parts can use additional people to realize bigger tasks.

One of our main plans is to develope this step by step, meaning that we are always perfectly clear on what is going to be needed next, that's also how we know what positions currently have to be filled. We do not ask for any other positions than the ones that are presented in this thread. Nevertheless, it is not forbidden to apply for other jobs on the team, but that's to your own responseability. Motivation is a big factor in development and with only having positions filled that are needed at that time, it is guaranteed to have something to work on, this is not guaranteed for jobs that we didn't look for yet. Keep that in mind, if you are applying for a position that is not listed below.

Before I start with asking what we need, I'd like to show you what we offer to you:

General information on what we are looking for (every position):
- Being open-minded, being open for new things to experiment with
- Showing the respect to us that we show to you
- Being open to talk about your mindset
- Being able to take responseability for what you do
- Knowing about your strengths and weak points

Concept Artist (1 position):
What we offer you:
- A gameworld that isn't limited by physical laws or logical reasoning as much as the real world is
- Feedback of professional traditional artists each week
- Analysis and critique of your work
- Interviews and Making Of on special issues

What we are looking for:
- Previous work to look at
- Passionate about what you do
- Doing studies of reference material in detail
- Being opened to do variations of your work with slight changes

Voice Actress (1 position):
What we offer you:
- A main role in the game
- Detailed critique on your work
- Challenging tasks that develope your skills
- Interviews and Making Of on special issues

What we are looking for:
- Previous work to listen to
- Passionate about what you do
- Doing studies of reference material in detail
- Experience in acting (not necessary, but welcomed)
- Experience in telling stories to children (not necessary, but welcomed)

Level Designer (1 position):
What we offer you:
- A gameworld that isn't limited by physical laws or logical reasoning as much as the real world is
- Analysis and critique of your work
- Concept Art to lead your designs, if wished for
- Interviews and Making Of on special issues

What we are looking for:
- Being able to use UDK
- Previous work to look at
- Passionate about what you do
- Doing studies of reference material
