Hello everyone,

I recently started working on a game as a hobby and I'm wondering if i should eventually share the game, so I'm posting the concept here, I would appreciate if I could have some feedback on the potential of the game.

It's a turn based rpg-ish game, here are the features that I intend to implement:

  • Procedural map generation
  • Skill tree
  • Crafting system
  • Towns
  • Generated quests
  • Simulated economy - this will influence item prices at towns, town development, quest rewards
  • Moddable - Tiles, actions, items, map generation

I also have some rough ideas of other features to implement but for now this will be my focus before moving on to the next phase.

I know it's not a lot of info but i'm still at a early stage in development and I'm trying not to get over my head with a lot of planned features before i have the basics and a somewhat playable game.

Bellow a screenshot of the game:

There's not much really to go on here, in terms of graphics. The idea sound basically generic, so you'll need some kind of hook to make it stand out. A good story and an eye-catching graphic style will help. I can only wish you luck.
