Is it possible to move my mod from one game to another Thread

I want to move my mod from Moddb.com to Moddb.com because the dawn of war community posts mods to the base game regardless of what expansion they're for. I didn't realize this as a new user. Most people don't check the dark crusade mods page so its hard for my mod to get attention. Can I move it myself or do I need an admin to move it for me?

It is possible, you just have to edit your mod profile page (pencil button on the right): Moddb.com and change the Game field.
