get object failed in M&B warband mods. Thread

I have downloaded various mods for mount & blade warband.

but in every mod i face get object for manface_young failed or for armor25_n.

in texture folder , i see the dds file but still it shows error.

i copy some other similar thing and rename it to the problem missing texture . still its the same.

anyone has any ideas.
