About contracts for profit sharing company. Thread

Hello guys. I got a team that has just started working on a game , and we are intending to share profits , but in order to do that in a legal way and to not have problems in future , I want everyone in the team to sign on a contract .

I wanted to know, how can I make a contract that includes each member profit precentage , rights for his work , and the rights of the game , that belongs to the company ?

Wow. Hard question. I think you will have to go to a lawyer to make this water-tight.
So many things to consider like:
-What amount does someone get if he leaves during development?
-Specific regularies in your country
and so on...

Yes , but it is too early to go to a lawyer from my prespective .. Maybe someone can share their knowledge.
