How to be a badass on Duke 3D: Legacy Edition?

Soooo... You have downloaded this mod, played it a little, but you're completely lost on how to play it properly, right? Don't be afraid, I'm here to help you on your quest to be the best badass Duke Nukem 3D player ever (100% humble). Today we are gonna learn about these alien bastards.

BUT, before we continue, have you already downloaded the mod? If not, go right now to the download section.

Step 1: know your friends

So, let's talk about your enemis, the god damn bastards that shot your ride. Most of them haven't changed that much, but some of them, oh boy, get ready for a treat.

The first one you know it, hasn't changed that much, it's just a little faster now, when running or walking, but the second one is the new addition to the game. It's called Robot Trooper, the mechanical version of the Lizard Trooper, is tougher, faster and a happy trigger. It has the double rate of fire of his predecessor. Be careful when they are in packs.

The Pig Cop, you know it and you HATE it, but here's the thing, there are THREE of it now! The first one hasn't changed that much, it's the regular Pig Cop, use the Double Shotgun to kill it in one shot (if you are close to him); the second one is known as the Double Shotgun Pig Cop, and, guess what, it carries a god damn Double Shotgun, get too close of it and your life will go down hard. The last one is the Elite Pig Cop, it wears a black vest armor, giving the toughness of the Fat Commander. Be very carefull when dealing with him, it has a semi-automatic shotgun that can kill you in a matter os seconds.

Oh boy, here we go! The Enforcer, and just the bastard before it, it now has three versions. The first one you know, it's the regular Enforcer, it carries a Chaingun and sometimes throws a green spit at you. Can be a real threat when in packs!
The second one is the Flame Enforcer, it's the same as the Enforcer, but has a Flamethrower as a weapon and it's a little more tougher.
The third one is the real treat, the Elite Enforcer carries a Plasma Gun and can sometimes shoot a Plasma Stun at you, so the others can finish their job. Be careful, it loves to walk with the others, if you find it alone, it's a trap!

The noise it makes! The Octabrain is very dangerous, his psych attack can quickly kill you in one or two hits. Use the RPG to kill it in one shot!

Here we go! The Snake Head is a blood dripping bastard that tries to run you over and take a bite, but, not only that, it LOVES to dodge your projectiles. It's weak, but very agile!
The Drone is very well known, get too close of it and it'll explode.
The last one is the Snake Drone, likes to stay far from you to shoot like crazy. Deal with it first, before it deals with you!

Just like your mo... I mean, just like a monsters, the Fat Commander is a big and fat threat. It shoots rocket missiles just like the RPG, so be very careful! A tip for you is, stun it with the Plasma Gun and shoot him until it's guts are out of its belly.

Nothing unusual, the Recon Car is just a flying pig that shoots lasers at you.

The most annoying thing on the universe, the Protozoid Slime. Shoot it before it gets to your face!

You know the Turret, it's a thing that shoots lasers at you, but the second one is the Organic Turret. It throws at you the same green sh#t the Enforcer does.

The Battlelord, the Overlord and the Cycloid Emperor. Can't tell you much about them, it's our dirty little secret. Buuuuttt, well, about the first two, if you manage to run into them in the later episodes, blast them a few times with a Ultra RPG and use the Shrinker to stomp them, trust me, it 'll make your life easier.
Well, about the Cycloid Emperor, the only thing I can say to you is that you'll have the fight of your life, he now has two forms and won't give up easily like it used to. A tip for you: don't fly him over with a jetpack, you won't like it!

The Cycloid Protector is, guess what, the protector of the Cycloid Emperor! This thing creates a force field around him that reflects all projectile that comes near to it. Until the protector is dead, the emperor won't receive any damage.

Now that you know your newest friends, it's time to kick their asses. Good luck!

Stay tuned, next week there will be the 1.2 version release with new features! Check it out HERE to know more

Hail to King, Baby!
