Phoenix 3D is a set of programming libraries and tools for the development of On-Line realtime 3D software and application such as : - On-Line Full 3D video games - 3D multimedia software - 3D browsing applications. Written in C++, Phoenix 3D is object oriented and can be easily used by any programmer familiar with this language. However, Phoenix 3D tools also allow artists and other non-programmers to develop and include 3D within their Web applications.
