Well, since 2012 I have received many messages about "I found this bug and that bug" and so on. Also also I found couple of them by myself. So did Damned... So we fixed them and eventually released this version full of fixed minor bugs.
Anyway I found couple of serious ones too. For example in Map 20 were places where you could get stuck forever and won't be able to finish the level.
Also the size is smaller, because I simply deleted unused textures from the .wad file :) Also there are a couple of duplicates that I didn't know about, but they were mentioned on wiki page of Zones of Fear in section of "known bugs", so I deleted them too :)
so that's it.

What is different about this from the one released in 2012? Also why has the file size shrunk between the original and this?
