heyho, thanks for the release. couple of questions though: why are there wood mines? how come the russian sawmill does not produce wood? is every faction 100% playable or are just certain ones implented and the rest are placeholders? a lot has changed from games like the golden horde that i used to play. thanks in advance for any help =)

Hi PetrenkaPie!
I'm glad u asked. Well lets start with the mines. We use the latest build of Ancient Wars Graphical Engine (AWE in short). Where in the code, the original developers made the game work like this. Cutting wood has been transfered into an "AI" only thing where the workers gather "forest" resource instead of wood. We don't have the source code of the game so we cannot change this (The build has a lot of improvements so we traded that for wood collecting from trees). The sawmill is there as an experiment. I was working making a market and try to make the sawmill produce wood/gold on a button click, but sadly I haven't made it work yet. Every faction is indeed playable. TGH factions don't have many upgrades, but they have all the spells like in the original game (Weapon spells included). Our mod is completly different then the original saga. I'd personally say, playing company of heroes 2 gave us a lot of inspiration. We also focused on multiplayer and land battles, thats why the mod is fast-paced compared to the original. If u wish, we are hosting a play session in around 10 hours. So u could join us for some multiplayer games, if not thanks for the support anyway!
