Infamy deacay is multiplied per ten (0.33 at war, 1 at peace)
hadn't even started it(or fully installed it) and already noticed that the MOD file needs to be moved. Also what version of HM are you using? Any other features or important events we should know?
I'm using latest version unless it got patched again
tried to open it and even moved it around , the mod doesn't show on the list
