the monsters don't replace anything in doom, so you will have to manually place it in the map or make it repalce something by editing the DECORATE files in the mod. You can place them in doom builder, or ULTIMATE doom builder. they should appear in the list under the monsters catagory.
you can aslso test the monsters by using the SUMMON command in the console. these monsters are used for modding purposes and are free assets for use in the mod community, enjoy :D!
