Checksum BPIG after 2nd startup. Dozens of new South America focused flavor events and decisions, as well as several new starting countries. Slaves now grow at a rate of 1% per year (they don't grow in vanilla). Tweaked WW1 scenario factories and POPs to ensure more production of military goods and less RGO shortages. Finally got rid of all the random ?s that would appear in text boxes.

Great mod! I advise everyone. I just didn't understand how loans work. There is a world Bank, but POP "bankers" does not exist in the mod folder, and the icon is there
Loans should work same as vanilla, you shouldn't need to interact with the world bank country. "Banker" pops only exist in the world bank country.
