Are you sure the mod is complete?
In the readme is says there should be a 3rd map named "bm_c1a3d" but there isn't.
Ah, the readme is wrong. That there's a holdover from when there was a D map. Trust me when I say though there have been no versions of the mod released to the public that contain a D map.
I hope you will update this for the official Steam release, which is out by now.
