This package includes the v4.1 release of the Vice City version of Freeplay, by Dannye, originally released in 2013, uploaded here in Nov 2020 without-change.
Source code for the project (written in C++) has been included.

No installation necessary. Run the executable in any location, and run the game (in either order). Note that Freeplay will likely NOT WORK if the executable is not run "as administrator". A good first-step after running both the game and Freeplay is to press "Print Screen" to enable "Debug Mode" - in this mode, whenever you trigger a feature of Freeplay, confirmation that you have done so will be printed to the command prompt of the program. Another important button is "Scroll Lock", this will prevent any subsequent key presses from activating Freeplay features until it is "Scroll Lock" is pressed again. Lastly there is the "Backspace" key which can be used to reset all features to their game-default states.
