Universal Project Mod v1.2 // Now it's a little more playable file

Well to start, I'm sorry for not updating the mod even though it's broken as shit. A series of things happened that made me put the project aside until I forgot that it even exists. But a couple of weeks ago I found the experimental file of the mod and started adding new things from scratch.
In any case, I have fixed multiple errors related to colonization and the economy (although I don't know how not to make Castilla damn strong).
But there it is, a much more playable, stable and enjoyable version.
I'll be adding things to the mod, slowly but surely hahaha.

By the way, I reduced the infamy limit to 30. For reasons that everyone doesn't declare war on each other.
