Toggle HUD file

This will let you toggle the HUD on/off ingame with caps lock, or left on the D-pad using an Xbox controller. This is not compatible with the ingame SMAA options, it will cause visual corruptions. Use FXAA or TAA instead. Also turn off "enemy awareness indicators" in HUD options, or else they might look corrupted. (If they aren't gone after turning them off try reloading checkpoint)
