Windows defender I assume? Can't really reproduce on Windows 10. Virustotal gives clean result, you should make sure that if you upload the exe to virustotal, you will be redirected to this report: Virustotal.com If that is the case, it's safe to say it's a false positive.

Why i don't get any changes in my game? If i add something to my inventory it doesn't show up in game.
You have to restart the game to reload the save.
Having trouble loading my save. Does the newest version ONLY work with 1.44? The "added support for 1.44" line in the changelog suggests it works for all versions, not just 1.44
It obviously doesn't work for all versions, that's simply impossible. If you don't have the newest version of the game, download appropriate version of the editor. There should be a compatible version for every version from v0.280 upwards.
and how to use it? on long dark reduks, the story itself is and not nothing, I keep updating, it does not help

If you're editing your story mode save, load the actual save (in-game) instead one of the autosaves the game defaults to.

Thanks, your editor saved my game! The game autosaved while I was stuck in a glitching area, but your editor allowed me to change my x/y position and escape :)
Thank you for this tool, but I’ve had this happen 3x now and each time I lose my save due to having to restart.... when I use the map to teleport elsewhere sometimes it corrupts my game. It basically makes me fall through the world every time I try to enter a building, meaning I can never enter a building ever again for the duration of that whole game. Is there anything I can do???

Just wanted to mention that the author of this mod is aware of the situation. The author of this program has also mentioned in a previous post else ware, that they may not have the time to invest in fixing it as it is going to be alot more time consuming due to the change in programming. Try and be patient, perhaps one day it will be updated. In the mean time either A) shelf your game for now. or B) play the game the way it was intended.
FINDarkside, we appreciate the work that you have invested in this program. I for one hope that some day you could update, but if you can not I understand life happens, and many of us understand also. Either way, thank you for the work you have done in the past and I hope your future endeavors prove to be a success.
Hi, thanks for the kind words. I might have been a bit too cautious in my original wording. The update will come, it'll take a bit longer than usual as I'm rewriting the way saves are loaded. After the next update the save editor should be a lot more resilent to game updates, so I don't need to update it every time they add a new affliction etc unless I want to show the affliction on the editor :)
I also figured a way which should (at least in theory) negate most of the issues which will be caused by the switch to IL2CPP. I will make it so, that the editor will send (anonymous and optional) data about stuff in saves it doesn't expect/know about. This way I should be able to simply check some kind of log to see all the stuff that has changed each update instead of manually trying different stuff in the game and seeing how it'll change the save file. This should be almost as good, if not even better than my current workflow before IL2CPP.
Suggestion. Have it default to standard instead of experimental. I ran into case a while back where it got into experimental and wouldn't let me out of it until I dug deep to delete a file.
And careful about being too quick o update. I've seen big updates in the past, then then had quick series of patches. We've already seen it with the latest update.
I'm not sure what you mean with experimental. If you mean "test branch", 2.4 was the only one defaulting to test branch. Test branch simply means that it loads saves from different location (where TLD stores test branch saves).
