Little submod for submod Divide and Conquer, which allows you to add new faction with own lore, own units, new buildings and characters. Playing for this faction will give You powerful and very expensive roster of heavy infantry mixed with heavy cavalry and deadly archers; also you will able to feel yourself as a true Feanorian killing his kin.

✔NEW UNITS: Ost-in-Edhil Champions, Hirneryn Marchwardens, Guardians of Eregion, Feanorian Lancers, Silver Guard, Noldorin Royal Guard and Highborn Phalanx. Improved model of Moon Guard, Royal Sentinels. Slightly improved models for Eregion Pikes and Gwaith-i-Rochir Knights. Some minor model fixes for Storm Guard. Fixed bow string animation of the archers.
✔Buildings: New images of Moon Temple and Avengers Order, added new building - High King Throne. Eregion as an advanced kingdom now has access to high tier Mines and Roads
✔Events: slightly refreshed some event images, added new one for Avengers Order and for High Elves when you defeat Eregion
✔Map changes: Added new region - Hirneryn with Ost-en-Noldor as a main settlement - Buzra-Dum is now rebel as in vanilla DaC. Jewellery resource is now spread across the map and added to 21 more regions. West Moria has also Mithril as a resource but value of Mithril is decreased a bit.

Alos if you play for Khazad-dum, you will have the same Alliance Event as for Eregion. Watch closely pop-up messages when you conquer West Moria.
✔New Characters: 2 New Characters if you play for Eregion and High Elves - Gwindor and Acharrion(after you start the civil war with High Elves as Eregion and after you defeat Eregion in civil war as High Elves). 4 New Characters for High Elves if you play as Eregion and started the Civil War. And 2 New Characters for Eregion if you play as High Elves and started the Civil War.

At first. Disclaimer: if you have already modified some files of DivideandConquer on your own(if you also create another faction, or changed some unit's parameters, or add your own units, or changed imperial_campaign) don't copy and paste my files blindly. I would suggest you to backup all your changed files and only then copy and replace them with my files or complement them with my changes.
Required clean version of DAC is 5. All the files that are contained in my pack will replace your files, so i strongly recommend you to save your files before replacing. Everything you need to do is to extract zip.file named "Eregion_Faction_v5" to any folder on your pc(disck C or D, e.g.). After that you should go to the extracted folder and find there 2 folders: data and extra (bat files here), copy them and paste into your Medieval II Total War\mods\Divide_and_Conquer(overwrite all files when the message pops up). Don't need to do anything with bat files in the extra folder, all info you will receive during the campaign. Good Luck & Have Fun

After the war between Eregion and High Elves has started, you will be able to capture famous generals of High Elves (Cirdan, Glorfindel, Elladan, Elrohir, Elrond). Cirdan's and Glorfindel's lives will be in your hands, and if you spare their lives they join you immideately, but the family of Elrond will join you only after High Elves are destroyed.

hey bro when you play with Eregion can you recruit Elrond and other High Elvs important Generals when you beat them and finish war?Is there somwhere where we can see more about scripts and everything what we can get,recruit and things like that?Tnx for this mod its great...
After the war is over you will get them as your generals. Some information about scripts is in the faction info in AGO submod and in DaC v5, which is not released yet.

Probably you have missed something. I can not tell you exactly, try to copy and paste all folders one by one. And yes, you need clean v 4.6 without any other submods installed.
hii, i download this epic sub mod but it crash always on 6th round, then the message says tht medieval 2 encountered an unspecified error and will now exit, i tried to uninstall divide and conquer and this submod, even tried to download 4.5 but always on round 6th it crash, btwn i tried medieval 2 and i can play, can u help me plz¿¿ TY <3

sorry i dont have discord..when i play with new faction (eregion) and i cheat to finish buildings fast it crash when dornoroston spawn,and it crash in 6 turn,1 turn before i need to declare war or not to high elvs...
I need your log file, what does it say? Go to your Medieval II Total War folder and find there folder named "logs", there will be the text file "system.log". But i'd recommend you to install discord, it's easy.
can you just add units to high elvs and nothing more with this mod,i dont want new faction but i want to add this units(for high elvs) to dac 4.6 so what shoud i copy from your data file?

Hi there after gifting dwarfs khazaddum west i get event saying i got new building in some of my cities. But i dont have any new buildings or units.
Probably you should wait for barracks event. It's about 56th-60th turns

Sindar units can't be trained as eregion but they show as trainable in eregion elite casern
