About playable demo release 2.1

This is the release 2.1 of the Playable Demo of The Master's Eye. It fixes a nasty bug which was introduced with the Windows 10 Creators Update.

Also added a few tests to prevent the user to install a new release when the app is running, to run more then 1 instance of the game and added the option to restart the game automatically after switching DirectX versions.
