Description

This update is slightly less extensive, but that's because it hasn't been half a year since the last update unlike the last three. The new content includes but is not limited to: 100+ terrain pictures, Silver rushes, starting Dutch industry, reworking Lebanese pops, many earthquakes and several other natural disasters, a ton of miscellaneous flavor, an extensive Montenegro rework, more renaming, a submod that relegates fluff decisions from the main mod for optimization, a submod that relegates terrain pictures from the main mod for optimization, Peruvian claims on Ecuador proper, intervention event chains against Austria if it wins the Brother's War, more accurate pops in Russia including MC cultures in Siberia and more serfs, navigable Finnish lakes, new provinces, reworked sulfur locations and spawns, a large Czechoslovak rework, postal romanization for all of China, the Altay Arbitration, optimization and an increase in AI shipbuilding competence. Ok this is weird. The game keeps crashing between 1901 and 1902, and i don't mean casual crashes, but crashes in a specific date (13th of january for example). I can't progress anymore, it's just very weird.

I come here to request the answer to a problem I found in the game, the graphic quality is good, everything in terms of details is very good, although that requires a lot of resources I do not have any inconvenience or problem in terms of performance on my computer.
The problem: The problem that arises for me is that when I am in the game with the GFM mod it does not apply the graphics that I have specified, or in some way it does not apply all of them, for example: the multisample level, which I set it to 8 but it looks the same as having it at zero, although this varies if it is applied to troops and naval bases, but in forts, cities and factories they look pixelated which makes the structures difficult to see. I have applied this in other mods and even in the game without mods and there the graphical configuration is noticeable in its entirety.

The problem may be in how the object textures are programmed in the mod, but I would like you to take this detail into account.

Your mod is very good and I would consider it one of my favorites. It was really good that new decisions for my country, Peru. It would be good if production in Latin America improved since several countries lack resources that in reality they did have, like mercury, coal and iron. Other than that, keep up the good work and I wish you the best from the Latin American vic2 community.

First of all i must say that this is probably the best mod for Vic2 i ever tried out. So nice job guys for working on this mod and i hope you'll continue with this mod. That being said i have several suggestions :

1. Irredentism - When enacting a decision to create greater version of existing nation or getting an event cores of previous nations are in some cases kept. Example, if Germany gets event to annex Austria (if they're in their sphere and posses non Austrian/German cores like Slovenia or Bohemia) Germany still ends up with Austrian cores. When incorporating Austria into Greater Germany isn't it more natural for Austria to lose its cores? Countries like Bohemia or Slovenia could keep their cores because they don't belong to Germanic culture. And the same could be done to any nation that can form greater version of itself.

2. Greater Greece - Not every player likes to restore Byzantium. Some of us likes to keep Greece on the map. It's difficult but hey. Any way my suggestion here is to either offer player to go for greater Greece or restoring Byzantium. Basically mutual exclusive decision.

3. Remove cores of formable nations that are not yet formed - Examples are Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia etc. These nations and others should get their cores once and if they're formed if that's possible of course.

Some other things if I may suggest are also :

1. More decisions of population exchange - Lets say that you play as Germany and want to get rid of French. Instead of killing them off, if you have bad relations with France and lets be hones once they lose Alsace Loraine they'll hate you, you can do a little population exchange. No German pops in France and vice versa.

2. More assimilation decisions and events - Since most of us like to paint the map with main or accepted culture then why not adding a decision that could be revoked when ever you want.

3. Decision to make uhm ethnic cleansing - Since certain actions with g word is out of question why not giving player a decision to displace undesired pops from their country.

These are just some suggestions based on what do people search the most regarding Vic2.

A question since I am searching and I cannot find a solution to the error and the thing is that many inventions such as iron clads, monitors, all the ships of the construction and propulsion branch are not invented and also the dark continent etc...
