May 2020 Warning: there is a known issue that prevents many graphical of this mod from working. The known workaround is to extract all the VPKs from both Half Life 2: Episode 1 and Half Life 2: Episode 2 into the mod folder. Sorry for the inconvenience! This is everything you need (provided you have Half Life 2 Episode 2 and Steam) to play the mod, including installation instructions. The mod is a singleplayer adventure through a surreal facility. It features many new textures and sounds, as well as 2 new guns.

My eyes! My ears! My mind! :P
wow that was funky
Im only one who don't have skybox textures and models?
Do you have Half-Life 2: Episode Two installed on the same Steam-account you (want to) play The Great Forever Tomorrow from?
Best day of this year so far!
Looks interesting... we will talk about this on Podcast17 this week.
how to put the mod and where plz tell me
Extract the contents to Steam/SteamApps/SourceMods.
Very good mod, but also very hard.
Also, try getting better voice actors...
great game
Download link is broken for me, can somebody post a link to a mirror?
Edit: Damn, looks like the whole site is broken. Oh boy.
I dont get this site, does anyone who downloads a mod ever post useful information i.e., quality of graphics/gameplay improvements, details about novelty etc., seems like people just say stuff like "looks cool" "couldn't get to install" kind of stuff.
I really want to play this but I have missing skybox, textures, and models despite having HL2:E2 installed on the same steam account. If anyone sees this can you help? Will post update if I figure out why it wasn't working. PS- I verified game/tool cache of the SDK thingy and Episode 2 and that didn't help
Hello! There's a known workaround: it's to extract all the VPKs from both Half Life 2: Episode 1 and Half Life 2: Episode 2 into the mod folder. It seems like something about how VPK files are linked has changed since I authored this mod. Sorry for the issues!
After seeing some youtuber suffering from other HL2 mod's difficulty, the nostalgia brings me back here. I remembered I first beat this (oh boy isn't this game challenging) then just after a year or 2 source SDK got some update and a lot of mods are broken since then. (TGFT, some of my favorite L4D2 maps and other older mods etc.) It's amazing seeing you, the author, still revisit this mod page after a decade. However I still got the texture problems. I'm not quite sure which folder should I put the vpk files, so I tried a few different folders. But none of those work.
Tried file route:
D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods - vpk
D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\TGFT - vpk
