This Patch is only required if you have installed the old T.A.R. Mod v3.0

This patch addresses the following issues:

Dutch icons missing
Missing Portraits fixed
English UPC switching issue
Drum & Fife causing CTDs fix
Drum & Fife sounds not working
Soldier Chatter sounds not working
Pirate Recruitment tweaked
TAR Manual updated

You must have the American Revolution Mod v3.0 installed before applying this patch!

Also the T.A.R. Launcher must be closed before installing the patch!
