Goals of the mod:
1) create more nations in the north and reshape them (if needed) to make things more intresting for both the player to play the "savages" or to conquer them
2) create lots of flavour events and decisions for both the colonies and the indian american nations (including the united states uprising, or at least a rework of the chain that probably allready is in the game, if needed)
3) create, if possible (i will need to find help for that) meshes and textures for the great plains natives and the alaska natives (units and towns)
4) rebalance of the region if needed after the reshaping of the north america
