0.504 hotfix (no need to restart a new game)

Gameplay:
Martial and Pitiless lords will now also offer mercenary missions.

Graphics:
Magic Sigils now have better inventory icons.
Dusk Fortress is always at night in any time.

Bugfix:
Fixed an issue where the screen would freeze when the

Adjusted the accuracy of some long-ranged weapons so that the AI can use them better.
The Scarlet Harvester's Scythe of Screams now deals a fixed 33 armor piercing damage per hit.
