Contains various UI and QOL changes and fixes issue in which non-Steam players were unable to play LAN matches.

UI:
- Standard and advanced structures condensed to a single menu
- New in-game toolbar that binds some common functions to easily accessible buttons (appears when no units are selected or when units with no controls are selected)
- Allies' spawning and research progress is now visible
- Fixed UI bug that prevented non-Steam players from playing matches over LAN. My deepest apologies for that one!
- Redesigned mod selection menu
- Tips about swapping stats (e.g. sight radius --> power) added to army builder screen
- Fixed a bug regarding Lucy's tooltips
- Tag reload and lab temperature bars repositioned so as not to not overlap with text
- Text overlap issue on post-game screen should be fixed
Misc.
- High resource setting is now default. Similarly to game speeds, this means low resources has now been replaced by a new "very high" setting.
- New addon titled "AttrParameters Override" allows players with swapped stats to stay compatible with their lobby (host must select addon)
- Enable Minilabs addon brought up to date! :)
- Duplicate AI addons removed
- Various map fixes
