Adds custom portrait sets for the Turks, Cumans, and Pechenegs, and custom flags for the Cumans and Pechenegs based on extant tamgas.
Unpack to your mod directory in documents/paradox interactive/crusader kings II/mod and select in the launcher when starting the game. This requires no dependencies.
