Description
This will install to a different folder to the original Stargate BFM mod, to play Stargate BFM with bots, make sure you have Stargate_SP activated in 'Custom Game' All AI code done by Dnamro of Battlefield Singleplayer To Play this mod, goto Custom Game inside Battlefield 1942 and select Stargate_SP and click activate. If you cannot see Stargate there, Please make sure you installed to the correct directory (By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Ea Games\Battlefield 1942\Mods\) If this is not where your game is installed, you will have to navigate to C:\Program Files\Ea Games\Battlefield 1942\Mods\ and CUT, not copy the folder Stargate_SP and paste it in the mod folder of the correct location ( ..\Battlefield 1942\Mods\) Then go back into the game and Activate Stargate_SP via the custom game menu.

FIRST OFF DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE MULTIPLAYER INSTALL Moddb.com AND MAKE SURE YOU READ MY INSTRUCTIONS AND FOLLOW THEM. AFTER YOU HAVE DONE THAT DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THIS AND READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS
IF ITS IN CAPS ITS MEANS YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA ATTENTION TO IT!
1. Moddb.com download and install that follow my instructions they are the first comment.
2.Download this and install as normal to the C.Drive:/Program Files/EA Games/Battlefield 1942/Mods folder NOT THE STARGATE_BFM FOLDER
3.Now it has installed go into the C:\Program Files\Ea Games\Battlefield 1942\Mods\Stargate_BFM folder where if you followed by previous instructions you should only have one and COPY! the Music folder
4.Go back to the C:\Program Files\Ea Games\Battlefield 1942\Mods folder then to C:\Program Files\Ea Games\Battlefield 1942\Mods\Stargate SP folder and PASTE! in the Music folder
5.It should now work fine go onto your normal Battlefield 1942 game click custom game and choose Stargate SP NOT!!! Stargate BFM, you should be able to play the game single player instant battle AND! you should be able to play and host co-op maps.
QUICK NOTE!!! - Step 4 is very important if you want to enjoy your playing, although you can play without it, the gameplay will not be good you will have the following problems
-No gould weapon noises *excepect for Staff and Zat"
-No vehicle noises for the buggy and F-302
-No gun noises for the M4 and Tauri sniper weapons
-No sound for the start or end of a map
-No sound for when someone gets killed in a certain way (cant remember the way)
-No Start theme tune, when you are in the main menu of the game
-and other sounds i cant remember are missing.. so really its worth it just to lisen to me 4th step and COPY! the folder accross.
I want to know if this has worked for others so please Private Message me if it works for you or if you need more detailed help such as screen shots.

i instaled it in C:\Program Files\Ea Games\Battlefield 1942\Mods and no stargate sp folder or stargate sp item in the custon game menu, can you please help
fixed it, but the ground is purple, and the space battle level is screwy, alot things either un needed or not working, still good tho
i don't have a custom games section in battlefield 1942, (mine)
wtf, it just gave me the files to the singleplayer addon, it did not give me a folder at all
i can load the maps it crashes with out a message please help me

i am having the same problem as locky112. i can load the maps but it crashes without a warning message. Please help, i am a huge fan of stargate and i badly want it to work. :)

where is the custom ****? in game or in game folder?
i am having trouble with getting the maps to launch.i can load the mod and all the maps show up in the sp mode but when i click on them to launch the game crashes without a warning notice.

hey a side note for all you people considering playing this mod.. a slight warning i have for you is.. if you don't install this right(or even if you do) or if you do anything wrong it can result in your game not working.. i'm currently reinstalling mine after trying to get the solo mode to work.. properly installed.. at least according to the instructions
