Simple Tarot Card Unlock file

This removes the requirements to unlock the cards for every level, so you only have to beat the level to unlock the card.

Less cheaty than just unlocking all the cards.

It should work with just normal painkiller if you dont have BOOH

INSTALL: put the levels folder in painkiller/data

The description to unlock the cards still shows the original requirement.
