Russian Localization for 1.0.3 by Beez-one file

You will need this patch if you are playing 1.0.3 and you want to play Water on Russian. Credits go to Beez-one. To install localization files go to your SourceMods folder (depends on your Steam installation, but it's something like C:\Steam\steamapps\SourceMods) and unpack the contents of the localization zip file inside the "water" folder there. The localization files should be going inside the resource subfolder. If you normally use English steam you need to switch to the wished language in Steam settings to play Water in that language.
