Adds knowledge feature, and custom settlements basic system.

Rigale V0.10 makes some fixes to rigale, and adds a whole knowledge feature, and the foundations of a custom settlement system.Mak sure you provide food to your settlement either through specialists or food gardens.

are there any fixes for hunting post that doesn't work and to exit from villages and return the main map?
