Russian standalone version.
Dont support DX10 in fullscreen mode.
Extract in any place (steam game folder, for example) and play just like original Clear Sky.
Also, you can download launch file, extract it to game root folder and make a desktop shortcut.

Why do you say it's a waste of time just because you can't get it to work? I keep reading comments from you, where you accuse uploaders that their mods allegedly don't work. Have you ever considered that it might have something to do with you or your PC if you keep having problems getting mods to work? While it works for others without problems...
If you run the "Start_REBORN_Source.bat" in the root directory, it will work without any problems!
The only "problem" of the mod is that it is still completely in Russian. But the author didn't say anything else.

Fun Fact: I checked and I do indeed have d3d11.dll on my system32 folder, and it isn't corrupt, otherwise most my games wouldn't work...
