After days of tweaking settings i cam up with the perfect color mod. this mod adds just enough color, but not so much that it turns into candy land. Other mods have the vibrance set to the max at 1, mine is set to .25 and the lumasharpen at 1, where the 2 other mods were at 3. It may look different than what i see becuase of my monitor is a tn panel, but this mod removes allot of that yucky greyish tint that bf3 has, while other mods remove it and add way too much color. Instrictions: Just extract the archive to your far cry 2 BIN folder. make sure you replace the gamerprofile in the archive to yours in your doucments>mygames>farcry 2>and you will see it replace that that has all my brightness and gamme settings that i tuned the mod with /watch?v=s8sz2yX6M3E&feature=youtu.be youtube link

Reinstall the game maybe. Make sure the game is dx9 mode thats probally the issue.

I think you torrented the game or something. Basically your missing a dll file that gets installed whenever you install c++ runtime library.

Am I missing something or is there no GamerProfile.xml in this rar file?
Download it or go to the archive and you will see a folder and a file. Take the gamerprofile.xml and place in your farcry 2 folder found in your documents folder. That replaces your game settings like brightness and contrast with mine to work best.

Playing FC2 even today :-), looks GREAT in some way better than FC3, but crashing with DX10 :-( . THANKS
