Holy crap! 35 versions and still going strong. In this one, Shotgun Guys eject shells, there's thunder and lightning, Cyberdemons can hurt themselves, the Nightcrawler from Outcast Levels appears and there are more HD textures.
I've added the shotgun shells ejected from the shotgun to the Former Sergeants, so they eject shells too.
The WeatherTweaker is the third file in a trio of files I acquired long ago pertaining to weather effects. This one refines the rain and snow sprites, and adds thunder and lightning effects to make it more intense! Credits from WeatherTweaker are as follow:

Hexereticdoom - Several addon modifications
I've disabled the +NORADIUSDMG flag for all monsters that had it, because realism kinda dictates that if a Cyberdemon hits a wall with a rocket at point-blank range, he should get hurt. Also, I'm kinda throwing the player a bone because, you know, this mod is tough.
The Nightcrawler from Kaiser's Outcast Levels mod has finally made it in, via a GZDoom adaptation by SFJake. Thus far, it only has a chance to appear in Icon of Sin.
Finally, there are more of Hoover1979's HD textures. How many? I've lost count this time.
