Projectiles Change for ground combat and space fix for The Rise of Palpatine file

It changes the ground projectiles to make it look more like the movies. This also partially fixes the shots from the quad turbolaser in space. This is for The Rise of Palpatine Mod found on Steam. Just copy and paste this file. You still need to download the mod from steam. Still work in progress and I don't own any of this resources. I used the ones within the mod itself for now. File will be updated or a mod will be created to supplement the existing one.
