Personal Flag Mod for Victoria II file

Flags for Victoria II.

This mod is very loosely based on Victoria II Flags Mod by ghask84.

However, it includes 300 changed flags, which means 60 countries. I changed all of those flags in some way.

Some are from Wikipedia, some are from Google image results, a few are made by me.

Most of them are slightly modified, mostly their contrast.

Some of these flags are definitely not very historical, these flags were selected out of personal taste.

Warning for a few swastika-ish flags. No full swastikas are included.
