Imperial Japan starts with no ruling party(can still manually appoint,so not a big deal)and no reforms,which is definitely a bug and makes westernization significantly slower.
Also,are you sure it had already used The Rising Sun Flag before 1868?Wikipedia says it was 'originally used by feudal warlords in Japan during the Edo period.',and surely the Emperor is not a warlord?I may be wrong,if so,please forgive me.
And finally,the bug that prevents me from playing as any nation further is that once you are about two years into the game,the economy crashes.It's mainly the tax,which dropped by roughly 75% during the period(a gradual process,not a sudden one).After this disaster I had to raise all taxes and tariff to 100% and reduce the funding on Administration and Education to lower than 20% to prevent bankruptcy,which is ridiculous.

After playing for a while,I found another bug:there are no rebels,until you pick your first political/social reform,at least for a nation starting as uncivilized.

Is this for vanilla or Hearts of Darkness?

However, I can't make the decision "The South American Empire" while playing as Brazil, the game tells me that I don't have Brazil on my Sphere of influence or as my puppet (which is obvious, because I'm Brazil) Could you please fix that? Thank You!

Mas eu não consigo tomar a decisão "The South American Empire" enquanto jogo de Brasil pois o jogo me diz que eu não tenho o Brasil na minha esfera de influência ou como um fantoche meu (o que é meio óbvio, já que eu estou jogando de Brasil) Tentei de tudo pra fazer essa decisão, mas não consegui de jeito maneira. Você poderia por favor consertar isso?

Why does the Hedjaz start with half it's population Northern German Protestants?

There is a bug with forming Arabia so I start with Hedjaz and I annex the two arabian countries which i get cores for and i get to create the Kingdom of Arabia but i can't form Arabia itself and why? because i lose hedjaz cores and gain kingdowm of Arabia cores and I need Hedjaz cores to get to form Arabia but those are removed. So please fix also yeah there are some weird North German people and the starting state of Hedjaz is not a full state. thats all please fix its not a hard fix
