Basic Demo/Alpha. No flavor, just some map changes. Actual content in a couple days.
Extract the .zip file into the Vic2 mod folder. That's it. No flavor, so no real crashes should occur (unless the Canada Dominion events are broken which in that case I'll fix them with the next patch)
