This is version 3 of my mod in zip format for people who have issues with the RAR file version.

Fixed > AI was massing huge amounts of infantry and doing not much (fixed this behaviour)
Fixed > Removed hospital function from barracks as it created another bug

- Colours have been Tweaked > Dark Orange, Silver, and others...
- All defences are trainable
- Boris has 3 migs then in Elite mode gets 5
- Soviet Industrial Plant can be built 2 times! (ans also heals mechanical units)
- Ore Purifier also !
- Clone Vats also !
- Siege Chopper gets a better chaingun at Elite status
- More adjacency for buildings, most can be built a bit further
- Walls are a bit stronger
- 3 Unique paradrops >
America > 6 GI's & 4 Guardian Gi's
Regular paradrop via captured airfield > 6 Guardian Gi's & 2 Snipers
Yuri > 8 Initiates & 2 Yuri Clones
- When harvester explode they do in more style (mini nuke, visual only)
- Oil Derricks detonate and do a bit more damage (beware!)
- Cuban Terrorist no longer use suicide bomb attack, works as the spy with a C4 weapon, upped the price to 1500 credits
- Allies can build a gate
- All barracks can heal infantry units when ordered to get in them (romved in v2.1 & and V3)
- Veterancy bonuses changed, more speed
- Some units have a speedboost
- Seawolf has missiles now
- Black Eagle and Harrier weapons upped a bit
- Some superweapons charge timers extended by 2 extra mins (Weather Controller / Nuke / Dominator)

Changes in a nutshell
- All factions can build the tank bunker!
- America can build the nimits aircraft carrier
- Russia > the special Dreadnought !
- More vehicles can be garrisoned in bunkers
- More infantry types can garrison buildings! > Desolator, Sniper, Virus, Tesla Trooper...yep !
- Some Buildings have extra explosive attributes > refineries, ore purifiers, nuclear reactors, nuke silo's...
> when destroyed beware of the blast!
- Ressources come in faster, oil derricks also generate a bit more cash and some power!
- some units had their voices swapped...surprise!
Installation
------------
Just place the rulesmd.ini forlder in your folder of red alert
launch the game and have fun!
