Holy shit! The mod got a full release now! Nice!!!
To install the mod go to (STEAM DOWNLOAD DIRECTORY)\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods and put the insides of the RAR file into the sourcemods file and restart Steam.
If the mod isnt loading up. Try updating Source SDK 2013 to a beta called upcoming - upcoming.
