Nutball's 2020 Population Fix file

I have only USA and Great Britain, but I do plan to extend to South America, Australia, Canada, the Caribbean, Mexico, Brazil, New Zealand, Oceania, Indian Ocean, South Africa, the Near East (including North Africa), Liberia, Sierra Leone, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Western Europe. Africa and Asia I will release later on.
