Nier Music for FOC file

Just extract the Data folder, and replace all files as necessary. Compatible with everything, as only the MusicEvents.xml file is modified. As the MusicEvents File is replaced, only the music in this mod will be played other than that it will be compatible with all mods. Might have mixed results if someone has added in new factions or the like. Edit: found and fixed a missing soundtrack.
