Natural Borders of France, now with Cores on the Dutch and stuff!

The mod, as said in the mod summary, is based off HPM:

In order to install, extract the zip file and then move the two files into your Victoria II mod folder. /steam/steamapps/common/victoria 2/mod
This is the same as normal, but now you have cores on the Dutch, Piedmontese, and Catalonia.
note, this is just an easier version for some early expansion opportunities
