The city of Theed is the political capital and the most heavily populated city of the otherwise small world of Naboo. Amidst its beautiful gardens and architectural wonders, a galaxy of conflict rages in its streets.
Probably the toughest one I've done so far. Sereja's Naboo assets are very high poly, so it took a lot of tweaking and editing the models and the map to get everything working at the scale trench war needs. As a result, many of the buildings use on their lowrez models, the view range is set pretty low, heroes and highrez sides are not present, and there are a few buildings with missing polygons and still a few minor collision issues, but none of these things are critical, and the most important thing for me is having a fun, functional game to play, even if there are some visual inadequacies. As usual, this may cause performance issues for some users. Also as usual, CW is present but not heavily tested. Screenies below. Enjoy!

Man! You're the gift that keeps on giving! Im trying it right now
Amazing map, better than the last one on Naboo. I've only played it on the imp's side, but it has everything that makes big maps like this cool. I think your best one is the Bespin one,so its great to see a map like that, high places to snipe, low places, open spaces, corridors, lots of different areas. It reminds me what this Moddb.com should be! Only thing, since this map seems to be using vanilla units mostly,is there any way to get them if i have Harrison Fog's remaster? Anyway, great map, up there with the Bespin, Eadu and Tatooine ones. Keep it up!
I use the remaster sides too, but as I mentioned in the descriptions, this map has many high poly buildings, and loading in the remaster sides cause the map to crash because of the high polygon count. The only way I could get it to work on the required scale was by forcing the game to load in stock sides only, otherwise it would crash. The exception is the cis, the one side I don't use remaster for (I use my own), so I guess you could use remaster on that, though I don't know if it will crash or not as I haven't tested it. Sereja's City of Theed is awesome, and I know now why the unit counts and such are so small, having dealt with that kind of thing with many of those same assets
i understand! Just wanted to know, its just a little thing
damn the map is big nice work
Hello there. I seem to be having a problem with this map. It keeps crashing randomly for me. I happen to have the AAA-v1.3 Patch, the remaster HUD, and HarrisonFog's Battlefront II remaster installed tho, so it's bare minimum. I tried a lot of things, decreaing the number of bots, the number of units both teams have, turning off award weapons, and even playing on the old version, but nothing seems to work. It just keeps crashing randomly and without warning. Any ideas? Thank you very much.
I havent tested this for compatibility with any of those, except for the 1.3 patch which works fine. This map has a very high polygon count, so I'd imagine the remaster is likely the problem for you. You could try lowering lod or view distance. Ultimately the only graphics mod I guarantee it works with is sleeperkillers shader patch
Ok. I might be trying that. Thank you very much again.
EDIT: Tried to set all video settings to their minimum, still didn't work.
I just noticed that running it after another map (in my case, stock naboo) causes a crash. Try to make sure to run this first after starting the game. Other than that I'm out of advice. Either a hardware issue with your device or, more likely, some conflict with another mod
Ight. Thanks anyway.
Yeah, so I recently built a new computer from scratch and tried the Siege of Theed map with and without the remaster mod and it worked. It didn't crash once. I think my old PC had weaker hardware.
