This mod changes the names of the muslim regions to display they're main title instead of they're family name.
Extract the files from the .rar file, copy them into you mod folder (create one if this is your first mod) located at:
"Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings II/mod" -Win. 7 / Win. Vista
"My documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings II/mod" -Win. XP
Start the launcher - check the box in the lower left corner that says "Muslim region names" - Start the game
