how do you use this? readme did not include any instructions on how to use this or what it does
Run Max Payne 2-Weapon Patch.exe and install it in your game directory.
It allow to moders edit weapon-txts. If you don't want to edit it in your mod or play mods that use this patch, you don't need to install it.
Did this application can edit weapon staticts?
This allow you edit weapon txt-files (to avoid some mp2 engine limitation)
