And uses Rome:Total War/Barbarian-Invasion RTW/BI 1.6, as is available through the Rome:Total War Gold Edition or purchase from Steam. The 8.3D Release minimized nudity and therefore it is supposed to be more "family friendly". However, it still may contain bugs which can show accidental nudity. Therefore, this mod is still intended for 18+ players who wishes to play this mod in a family setting, please download and use at your own risk.

Once again, this mod was originally created with full female nudity to conform to its core anthropological thesis about ancient army cannot afford uniforms, only uniformed armors and equipment. Better trained army units would conduct combat drill with no civilian clothings. Because the original development is from an "adult" mod (which has such nudity and no other adult contents), it might still contain bugs which can inadvertently show some female/male nudity in the depiction of conflicts in antiquity (and again, nothing else), so if there is any reason the laws affecting your location prohibit you from viewing such content (for example, if you are under the age of 18 in most areas), please do not access the download. 8.3E release now has 450BC mode implemented as well as the latest specialty content which minimizes (with ultimate goal of eliminating) nudity, therefore this is a more "family friendly" version compared to previous releases, but since this is still a beta version, please use it at your own risk.
And the infamous animation issues when running on low end graphic processor with RTW-BI 1.6 or older has been resolved.
8.3 is meant to be a risque version of non adult edition, however, due to the recent animation bugs resolved with the low end graphics processor running Direct-3D and RTW-BI.
There is a need to issue a new release, so the 8.3E is replacing the 8.3D with numerous animation compatibility issues resolved with the aforementioned graphic cards.
