i tried something better of course. i hope this is a better update on the first map , in the demo you will be able to play the first 5 maps im still creating , there is still more to this , but when im done with first map. Il yet yall enjoy it fully

Why is this 120MBs?
EDIT: Because it contains all the maps, models and sounds from HL1. None of those files are needed (except for the few new models this mod has), you should absolutely have removed them before releasing this.
Also, because Welcome.bsp map is several sub-folders deep, you can't actually play it because Half-Life won't find it. That map needs to be in the \maps folder, not the \maps\MAPS\Welcome folder.
If you're going to release something - even as a Beta release - you need to tidy things up and only include the most necessary files. This should have been a 10-20MB file, since ultimately there's only three new maps and a few new models/textures.
