Big Spawn Button, Better 4:3 HUD, PS2 Sprinting Animations file

... Well, the HUD improvements are most noticeable if you're playing at 800x600 or 1024x768. Included is an optional version which contains the old PS2 sprinting animations, BUT BE WARNED: the PS2 animations cause a crash for some people, which apparently can only be fixed by reinstalling the game. And once again, this mod isn't compatible with Anakin's remastered menus. So... use at your own risk, I guess. The main difference between the PS2 and PC animations is the fusion cutter/tool sprinting animation, but the pistol sprinting animation is slightly different too.

Credit to AnthonyBF2 for the idea to hex-edit things into the v1.3 ingame.lvl file, retaining fake console support, and to SleepKiller for his unmunge tool, which allowed me to extract the PS2 animations.

As of version 6, I've fixed a couple tiny problems with the HUD that no one but me would notice.
