Knee-deep in the COVID-19 v0.3 file

- Changed the difficulties. All difficulties now use Ultra-Violence monster spawns (Because this mod doesnt work at all without many demons). Higher difficulty levels drain your COVID-19 faster. - Rebalanced the entire thing. It was far easy. If your health exceeds 100, it drains a little faster than usual.
